This new concept has opened at 103 workshops across the FCA retail network and offers a quick, appointment-free service for many routine repairs. It covers everything from replacement tyres, bulbs, oil and filter changes, batteries, brake pads and discs, wiper blades, air conditioning sanitisation and free vehicle health checks.
Unlike other fast-fit centres, MOPAR Express Lanes guarantee manufacturer trained technicians and genuine MOPAR parts, with a full manufacturer guarantee.
“Customer habits are changing and people generally don’t have a lot of spare time these days,” said John MacDonald, UK director of MOPAR. “With MOPAR Express Lanes we’re offering the peace of mind and expertise of our franchise retail network but with all the convenience of a fast-fit service.”
Participating retailers with a MOPAR Express Lane offer a dedicated service for customers with no need to pre-book. Their vehicle will receive prompt attention and while-you-wait service for work that generally takes less than an hour.
